Where to add TinyMCE custom node filter?

@GoFaster – editing app code is a very bad idea – I will try to check if it is possible to allow JS functions in the config overrides somewhat – then you will be able to put it to the config override directly. I will include it in the next Publii Prerelease (if it will be possible) planned for nearest Monday.
