I tested it on two iPads:

• It doesn’t work on a iPad with iOS 9.3.5.
• It does work on a iPad with iOS 12.4.5.

The good news is that I built the website for my brother and he doesn’t care that it doesn’t work on iOS 9.3.5. Problem solved :-).

ps. I can’t debug it either because I don’t have a MAC computer.
