@jakobpersson – now I understand where is the issue – you are storing the whole “Publii” catalog on iCloud, but you should store only sites catalog.
Storing the whole Publii catalog is a bad idea as it can lead to some unexpected issues. If you will store only sites on iCloud – it should work fine.
