Mercury 2.1.0.0 – Only the first tag of each post are used in the filter
The new, upcoming Mercury release comes with the option to filter posts by “Tags” or “Maintag” only. Once the “Tags” are selected it will work as you expect (similar to the mechanism used in Source theme).
