After upgrade to macOS Catalina v10.15, Publii v0.35.2 no longer starts
During our tests we did not notice such error on macOS Catalina, but it can be caused by fact that we have tested clean Publii installation.

We will try to find a solution how to display dialog with ask for access permissions to avoid this error and we will publish it as Publii 0.35.2.1
