Any way to bulk change the links in all existing posts by adding affiliate ID?

Hi,

Is there any way to bulk change the links in all existing posts by adding my Amazon Associates ID or other affiliate ID so to make them referral links and thus we can monetize our website?

Of course we can do this one by one manually, but it will be very tedious and even crazy if we need to change hundreds posts. So hoping to have a better way to do so.

One thing that comes to mind is opening the db.sqlite in the input folder of your site using something like DB Browser for SQLite and running a SQL query to replace the links.
