I’m using the Blank theme v1.0.0 and I receive the following error:
Rendering process failed An error (1002) occurred during parsing index.hbs file. ENOENT: no such file or directory, open ‘[sitefolder]\input\themes\blank\assets\js\scripts.js’

The scripts.js file absolutely exists.
I didn’t notice the Blank template has been updated to version 1.1.0
That resolved the issue.
