BUG — Website logo image never updates IF the image is on my server:

\\NAS\Websites\blar\Graphics files

BUT it will upload if the same image is located on the local c:\whatever

Please also add the image size requirement — otherwise it is an annoying guess !!!

The issue is not clear for me – maybe it is a cache issue in your browser – if you upload image for logo with the identical name as the previous one, then it is possible, that you must clear browser cache to see the new logo.
