Cannot build Publii from source

I cannot build Publii from source code. One issue is installing windows-build-tools, as they are not being properly installed. Second thing is if I install Python, and Visual Studio 2017 or 2019 manually. Still they are not found by NodeJS. There are issues with dependencies too.

I have used Windows 10 x64 and Node JS version 16 and tried with version 18 too. I would be thankful if you could give me updated guide on building Publii from source apart from instructions on GitHub Wiki. What version of NodeJS to be used and what commands to be given to build it effortlessly.
