Content images no lazy loading

I have lazy load enabled in the settings, but the images in the post content load with the rest of the page.

This happens on all browsers and in 0.35 and 0.36.

I built the template myself, based on simple. Please can you confirm what it is in the simple template that enables lazy load.

In general, the lazyload is more related to the image markup used in your theme than to the app.
It worked and works very well in all our themes, including Simple.
