Cookie banner / GDPR Badge

Hi There!

I need following functions:
1. When a user opens my website the cookie banner should show up first (picture 1).
2. If he/she klicks on “OK” the banner will disappear and only the badge will visible (picture 2).
3. How can I change the badge color? (the green color doesn´t match the website).
Does anyone have an idea how I can prepare the GDPR settings to get this functions?

Under the first point (picture1) I mean the following:

when a user visit my website the first time, the cookie window should be appears immediately as a pop-up window with all informations…

Only if you click “OK” the window should disappear.

By default, the green cookie badge must be clicked for the window to appear…

unfortunately I can’t find anything about it under the link… 😕
