For better collaboration with multiple people on a website, it would be beneficial to be able to export and import individual posts. This way you could hire post writers without giving them full rights over the website but they would still have the convenience of the 3 different types of editors.
I would also suggest that imported posts are automatically drafted so that you can review them before publishing them.
