Hard to reach scrollbar UX on Windows

Just wanted to chime in and say the scrollbar on the Windows 10 program is very tiny, hard to grab and has a fullscreen issue.
On fullscreen, the cursor cannot click on it while hovering at the very right edge of the screen. It’s one or two pixels off the edge, which is a reasonably frustrating issue.
