How we can redirect main AWS S3 site link to any other post which we created publii.

Explanation with eg.

https://same-day-cleaners-in-colorado-springs.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/index.html this is the site we published with Publii

but when you open just https://same-day-cleaners-in-colorado-springs.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com it will show below error

How do we overcome this, because Google Search Console is giving error for this link when their bot crawl whole site.

I always enable Static option as given in point 11 to 13

only difference is I access site from https://same-day-cleaners-in-colorado-springs.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/index.html such links

not from http://same-day-cleaners-in-colorado-springs.s3-website.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/index.html (there is difference after server area name)

I am not S3 expert, but maybe it will be a solution: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/DefaultRootObject.html

As I have read – you can also use CloudFront service to handle such redirects like index.html to “/”
