Would it be possible to make it so images could be links? The editor allows the insertion of text-links, but it doesn’t seem to allow adding images as links. Achieving this is possible by tweaking the Html code, but the insert/edit image box has no options to add an URL to which a click on the image would lead and selecting an image in the document and using insert/edit link doesn’t work.

It is possible in all editors. For example in the WYSIWYG insert an image, then select this image and click the Link icon in the top menu. Maybe you’re still using the older version of Publii and this is why it does not work for you?
