Is there an option to disable pagination rendering?

I removed {{> pagination}} from my homepage but I still have 50 homepages being generated in a page folder. Is there a way to disable all these pages from being generated?

At this moment it is not possible, but I will add it as a feature, because it can be useful for some cases 🙂
