Live chat plugin – License number

I’m wanting to try out the livechat plugin to see if it meets our needs.

To configure it I need to enter a license number. At the risk of asking an incredibly stupid question, what licence number is being referred to? I can see anywhere within Publii where I have a licence number, nor with the plugin files. So…what am I looking for?

I never used it but LiveChat appears to be a paid product:

So it’s their license number that is needed.

It’s a shame that the documentation for this license is missing…

Otherwise, there are some open source chat widget apps out there like Chatwoot and Papercups which have free tiers and/or can be self-hosted.
