Migrate site to different publii app on a different machine

is there a way I can migrate a site to a different application instance?

Use case: I build a site, add content, layout theme, tweak it and generally make it ready for content.

Can I then export the whole site and give it to another person to use in their Publii app?

I’m thinking of freelancer and client of course.
