Hi,
Currently, in the Block Editor, one can assign CSS class for each block. I would like to know if it’s possible to do nested blocks with the Block Editor. Whereby, the inner blocks or sub-blocks can have additional CSS class name(s).
This would give the flexibility to do ad-hoc custom layouts within the post itself rather than creating a custom post template or resorting to HTML coding. Of course, defining the CSS to match the desired styling would be necessary.
Some use for nested blocks would include:
- Multi-columns in just a section of the post;
- Pricing Tables/columns;
- Call-to-action / Special promotions sections; etc.
