Remove Featured image from post

Hi, when i create a post, and add and featured image, i see it on the post. Is there a way to remove it?

I mean, that it only shows in the index file, but not in the page?

I don’t want to show featured image on my posts page because it’s too big. I am using Technews 2.3.0. Please help and thanks in advance.
