Site Preview / Sync issue

Any time I try to preview or sync a new site it reports:
```
Rendering process failed
File index.hbs does not exist
```
MacOS 13.0.1 M1 / Publii 0.41.1 Apple Silicon version

Maybe try reinstalling your theme.

Tried that, but no luck, then reinstalled app and that worked!
