Sitemap contains the home page, but no posts?

    Hello, all.

I’m using Publii for the first time, and trying various things out. One thing I noticed: the generated sitemap contains the home page, but not my test post? Am I missing something?

I think so. It works very well. However, it’s possible your post is still in draft status or you accidentally set it to “noindex”.

I did try looking for obvious causes first. 🙂 The post state is “published,” the post isn’t hidden, and it’s set to “index, follow.” No pages are specifically excluded in Sitemap settings, and there’s no Sitemap setting that turns off posts. (Or: none that I can see.) It’s still possible I’m missing something, I’m just not sure where!

I’ll keep an eye on this as I continue to poke around, and come back if I can’t resolve it.

Thank you for verifying that it should be there, that’s helpful!

PS Posts do show up in `feed.xml`.

Playing with the app, you could have messed up the settings, so check it on a fresh, newly created site.
