Hi everyone, I’ve recently installed Publii and downloaded a couple of themes.
If I try to select a new theme, and click on both “Save Settings” or “Save & Peview”, the buttons are disabled and nothing happens, even if I wait for a minute.
Switching themes works fine on Apple Mac. But maybe if you can provide more information relating to your installation: your operating system and version, your Publii version, etc.
Good catch! I’ve been able to reproduce your bug when using macOS Ventura 13.1 (22C65). Though when switching the theme from ‘Simple’ to ‘Technews’, the switch seemed to work as expected. However, when I chose a different theme — ‘Art Gallery’ in this example — was I able to reproduce the bug. While the ‘save’ then didn’t appear to work, as you said, when Publii was closed and restarted, a check then showed the ‘Art Gallery’ switch was indeed made. So looks like a minor bug.
Exactly the same thing happens on Windows – buttons on the top greyed out, no preview. But clicking “Preview your changes” on the left sidebar works, and the theme actually changes.
