Could you try to remove contents of the site output directory (I mean output catalog in your problematic website directory)? It should be something like publii/sites/SITE_NAME/output/ – clear content of this catalog.

It helps with rendering website?

It is very weird – it seems that you have some strange permission issues and Publii cannot clean up the directories during rendering. Unfortunately at this moment I have no idea what can be a reason :/
