Website statistics (images and others)

Hello and thanks for this impressive CMS.

I’m using lots of picture galleries in my website. How can I know how many pictures I have in the entire website (real images for viewers, not thumbnails and others)? I can see statistics in every individual post but I can’t find statistics for all the website. I tried to navigate the files tree but it’s a lot confusing due to thumbnails and other items in them.
