Wrong window position if Windows taskbar is at the top

I’ve Windows 10 with the taskbar located in the top of the screen.

When I open Publii, it appears like taskbar was in the standard bottom position. Consequently, resize and close window buttons are hide under the taskbar and I can’t access them.

It’s something simple, but very annoying.

I will check if it is possible to find taskbar position and recalculate the window position according to this
