    Is it possible to add the Google Font Old Standard TT to the TechNews theme? I understand there is no plans to add a self hosted font option as per the replies in past topics. Hoping that since this font is a Google Font it will be possible.

    Yes that’s quite  possible to add custom fonts to theme
