Publii is a breath of fresh air! Very good example how “static site generator” should work like. Imho Hugo, Gatsby and other make little sense if they have learning curve steeper than full CMS and give less possibilities.

Agreed! As someone who is learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Publii is the perfect companion, and there are so many ways to extend its functionality. Handlebars is simple enough for me to understand as well.
