    I would like to transform a custom wordpress theme I created into a publii theme.

    What is the best place to find a theme developer to hire?

    For Publii, there is not a market for developers that I can see. There may be some.

    You can hire the Publii guys though. They understand WordPress themes, as far as I know, and should be able to convert your theme for you.
