I have tried starting over more than once and I’ve tried changing this in app setting before and after starting a site. The message ‘The sites location has been changed. The new destination…’ comes up and I click OK, then the dialog box goes away but nothing changes. As soon as I leave the settings page the original File Locations are restored.
