Creating a “/” directory on Google Cloud

Howdy, I was having some issues with CSS styles, images, etc. and noticed that Publii create a directory named “/” in my Google Cloud bucket at root.  Inside of it there are the authors, media, and tags directories.  I’m guessing the “/” folder isn’t supposed to be there…

Using Publii 38.1 with the Sources template.

    My fields:
    Website URL: https://www.bucketname.com
    Use Relative URLs: Off
Your JSON Key: (Key is placed in the Publii folder)
    Bucket: Same as bucket name
    Prefix: (Blank)

The only thing I did on Google Cloud’s side was switch the Permissions > Access Control to “Fine-grained” instead of the default “Uniform” as Publii wouldn’t upload anything under uniform.

Thanks for any suggestions and help!

Only took a week to figure out how to fix it.  Add prefix, sync website, delete site files on Google Storage, remove prefix, and sync one last time.

    Hope this helps someone.
