I was looking at some Publii websites via builtwith.com and found a few sites where it looked like the CSS files weren’t loading.

    Examples:

I’m not sure if the they belong to members on this forum.

Curious as to what may have caused this situation and how to possibly rectify the problem.

p.s. I’m not the owner of the sites quoted

    These sites are working fine.

Your are experiencing network problems on your side. Try clearing your browser cache. If this does not work, try rebooting your computer to refresh your network connection. Sometimes, connections can appear to work properly but do not. Simply restarting the connection or resetting hardware does not always clear the problem. Rebooting should.

    Cheers!!

    Thanks for the feedback.

Like I said, those websites don’t belong to me and I was just browsing them after finding them on builtwith.com/publii
Anyway, I browsed the same sites with different browsers (Chrome, Brave, Firefox, Edge) and all showed text without the css formatting applied.

Then, I tried Opera with their VPN option turned ON and the CSS loaded!
However, when NOT connected through VPN, Opera also did not load the CSS.

So, I’m guessing that maybe their hosts are filtering IP address?
