disable author pages

    My site has only one author, is it possible to disable author pages? it doesn’t make a lot of sense just one author and creating a lot of lists, pages and so on.

    It’s not possible, but the claim that it creates “a lot of lists, pages and so on” it not true – only one page is created with your author’s post list.
