my blogsize is extremly large. I have more then 1000 blog posts and many pictures inside that posts. We are talking about 70.000 files.

Large storage more than X is not supported in github. So now the question: Do I have to use a git remote? Or is it ok ot have it just localy on my drive?

    Best regards,

Unfortunately for such big website git repository in Github or Gitlab won’t work. Because Github Pages and Gitlab Pages has limits.

In fact I am not sure if static site for such big website will be the best solution.
