Feature Suggestion: Crop photos

Hi!

I really love Publii. Thank you very much for developing this great piece of software.

I use the block editor. I am just missing one feature. I often want to publish photos in a common aspect ratio (1:1, 3:2, 4:3, 16:9, 16:10, 21:9, 2:3, 3:4, 9:16, 10:16). After uploading a photo in “Features Image”, “Image” or “Gallery” I would like to chose one of the above mentioned aspect rations. By moving the photo I would then like to select the image section to be published. Is such a feature being planned?

Hi,

At this moment we have no plans for such feature. Unfortunately it is not trivial to implement, because it can conflict with current image sizes used by theme.
