I am looking for solution which gives me availability to have Home Page as real Home :-).
I’ve tried to point Hiden Post in Layout Front Page displays Section but after that Hero section doesn’t work even if Image Assignment option is choosen.
Any other workaround to build company page with Blog section using publii?
Publii is blog-oriented CMS, especially the Simple theme, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be used in more complex projects. You can modify any source files and achieve what you want, I refer you to the dev documentation.

my experience is that even simple CMS systems require programming skills in HTML or CSS – as Bob already indicated.
Nevertheless, Publii is much better off, because it is very clearly structured.
I have already set up a page with Publii with a “static” start page. In the template Simple this should also work without programming: You have to adjust the Front-Page area in the Theme-Settings in the Layout section (selected post) … if I have understood your problem correctly.
