I don’t get the + sign to insert new toolbars in the block editor
I am using the block editor, and when in edit mode, I only get the Insert toolbar. I don’t see the plus sign as described in the documentation (my block does have content).
I am able to insert additional elements via shortcuts but I prefer to use the toolbars.
