first, congrats for this really interesting piece of software, it is really great !

Is it possible to use image gallery with images externally hosted, for example linked to  google photos ?

You can try to edit the gallery and change the source of links and images by editing HTML.

It is, however, a bit cumbersome to go to google photo, copy full URL, change HTML, one by one for all images.

I would love to be able to select images directly from a google photos browser  (instead of the current file browser). Maybe it could be a nice feature to add in the future?
