JavaScript error

Since March 2022 I have been using Publii to create and update my web pages. Until recently, connecting to the server and uploading the updates
    works perfectly.

Since mid-July 2023, the connection drops when uploading the update, although when Test the connection to the server was successfully established.
Then I get an error message, which I paste here:

A JavaScript error occurred in the main process
    Uncaught exception:
    Error [ERR_IPC_CHANNEL_CLOSED]: Channel closed
    at new NodeError (node:internal/errors:387:5)
    at target.send (node:internal/child_process:742:16)
    at lpcMainlmpl.<anonymous> (/opt/Publii/resources/app.asar/back-end/ events/deploy.js:53:44)
    at IpcMainlmpI.emit (node:events:513:28)
    at IpcMainlmpI.emit (node:domain:489:12)
    at EventEmitter.<anonymous> (node:electron/js2c/browser_init:2:81053) at EventEmitter.emit (node:events:513:28)
    at EventEmitter.emit (node:domain:489:12)

I get the same error message on 3 different PCs and different operating systems (MX Linux and Debian, Windows 10 and Windows 11).
It may be that Publii displays the current server settings, but then when uploading accessing outdated settings?

Has anyone else received this error message and knows how to fix it?

    With kind regards

    Ekkehard
