From the WYSIWYG editor documentation, advanced link insert:

    • Link Anchor – Sets the target to an anchor that is on the same page as the link, allowing users to jump to a specific section quickly. The drop-down list will display any anchors that have been added to the page for selection.

I don’t have this option when adding a link. I’ve tried both highlighting text and clicking on the link button that appears, and using the add link button in the toolbar. I’m using the documentation theme.

Am I doing something wrong? I simply want to add a “back to top” type link. How do I do that?

    Hi,

You can achieve it by using “External link” option – I will rename it in the next release to “Custom link” as at this moment the name suggests that you must use some links to external websites what is not true 🙂

    Thanks, Tomasz.

That’s the workaround I ended up with. It is a little cumbersome as I have to sync my website first in order to get at the external links. It would be nice for this feature to be added within the app without the need to publish first.
