Namecheap hosting FTP unable to store files

I was trying for several hours to connect publii ftp to namecheap hosting using ftp testing connection and no luck. Is there any issues with namecheap hosting and publii permissions? All permissions in folders are changed to publii recommended. Tried all port recommendations ftp and ftps. Here is my error screenshot https://ibb.co/g9mx8wj
