I want a LEAN website, that’s why I’m drawn to Publii, I like what you guys say you are doing.
I want to make a new site. I want someone to show me how with Publii. I can pay you.
I’ve had Publii installed on my machine for over two years now. I’ve never been able to get it to do what I want.
Here’s my issues thus far.
In the beginning, I want a site builder to ask me posts or pages. I was hoping it wouldn’t ask me about posts. I don’t do posts. I want website, I want pages. I don’t see where to change it to pages.
I want it to ask me the background color or background image.
I want it to ask me the width of the page view, full width or centered. Page color, background or sides color, or images.
In other words, start at the beginning, start with the canvas and it’s appearance.
Then move on to blocks like header body footer.
Then be able to customize each, center the logo in header; how many blocks in footer; like this.
But Publii starts off blank, and looks at me blank from the screen. I don’t get it.
When I get to the page body formatting, I mostly get it, its similar to the WYSIWYG in WordPress.
I want to use SVG images.
I want to insert a contact form.
I want to insert code on a button, which is a third party javascript linking to the external payment gateway, for them to execute their secure payment processing environment.
I want everything responsive and testable for different devices mobile tablet desktop.
