I ma trying to back up my website: when I click on “create backup”, nothing happens and I search if a backup file would appear somewhere anyways but I found nothing.
I tried to submit a ticket, by clicking on “report issue” – a new window appears and when I click on submit a ticket the window appears grey and empty.

Found out why backup wouldn’t function:
The folder location I had initially set didn’t exist anymore. In global setting, I changed could change the backup location folder for an existing one, backup now work.
