Often, when working on various websites, I keep supplementary key notes about a particular website or website draft.
For a future version, if Publii had a plain text content box — or a link to the box — that we could use to store some unique private notes about each particular website project, that would be really handy.
What do you think?

Hey itips3727,
I agree, it would be great to have a notes area that is saved in the author section or something for private notes.
I have just created a new post that I keep in draft form for my post ideas, I set hide post and exclude from homepage as well just to be safe.
You could also use Tools->Custom CSS and wrap notes in a comment? I think comments in the CSS get removed during the minification process for CSS. I haven’t confirmed this yet though.
Kind regards,
Michael

Hi sh32my,
Some more great ideas: thanks.
I already use the ‘draft + hide post + exclude from homepage’ option to keep a handy record of background notes. And of course, Publii may sometimes do that with their premium themes.
But thinking about this further, some information may be best kept completely separate from the website file(s).
Best.
Brian.
