Popup lightbox image when an image link is clicked

    Hi. Is it possible to link an image from file manager that opens in a lightbox (popup) when the linked text is clicked? Right now it just opens in the tab and in full view, so the user has to press BACK to continue reading.

    A image link like this: this is an image (not really here).

    (where the actual link is a image file)

    Before helping just making sure we’re on the same page here…

    so you want one of the following two

    1 – you want a text link to open an image file?

    2 – you want a text link to show an image file upon hovering over the text link?

    Not upon hovering, I want a text link, when clicked, to open an image file in a popup (lightbox) way. Not as a file in the browser
