by Googling EMFILE: too many open files, open you will find than you are not alone 🙂

in Linux it is easy to fix, but for Windows it seams harder, I would refer you to those 2 articles:

Because I don’t use Windows, please tell us if it work!

    Hi,

I am afraid that your website is just too big for Publii :/ We did not test it for such large websites and most probably the rendering process exceeds the internal limits of opened files in the same time.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply, yes actually I have large WordPress site with 26k post and more than 80k images, I split export in WordPress then import to publii. This error happened when post reach number 11k and images 20k. So there is no solution for large website? if have publii paid version for largest website i prefer use this because i love publii simple and easy.

    Regards
