The Simple theme’s Hero section is not quite working for me especially in regards to the featured images.

I like the Taste theme in all respects.

How can I remove all references to google fonts and use my custom fonts in the Taste theme because there is no option to choose our own fonts in the Theme options.

I know I can download and get the font face code for any google fonts here. But how do I remove the google fonts code in the and replace  it with this code?

I would be very grateful if you would theme zip files with self-hosted fonts option to completely remove this dependency on google fonts, now that you have remove complete dependency on jquery too. Thanks.

Oh I had Taste 1.8. I updated to and got the OS default font option. Thanks for adding. But the gstatic preconnect code has not been removed yet like you have done for the Simple theme. So please do that whenever you update it next. Thanks.
