Screwing up image links

    The newest version of publii (Version: 0.40.2 (build 15735)) is causing issues with links for SVG files.

    I posted an SVG and the code looked like this: /input/media/posts/65<span style=”color: #ff0000;”>//</span>Morse-Code-Binary-Tree.md.svg. The double slash breaks images and requires manual fixing.
