SFTP – Unable to store files

    Hi,

Trying to set up Publii for the first time but having problem to connect to SFTP.

Connection works fine via e.g. Cyberduck.

In Publii I receive the following “Error! Application was able to connect with your server but was unable to store files. Please check file permissions on your server”.

Web hosting is via One.com and I’ve the found the file system path there, which I added to remote path, which is /customers/4/2/e/NAMEOFWEBSITE/httpd.www/

In Cyberduck it seems permission of this path is set to 755. I’ve also tried the Publii Alpha version (downloaded today)

Would really like to use this through SFTP instead of uploading it manually.

Any idea how I can solve this? 🙂

    /Felix

    Hi,

Please make sure that the path is correct in context of your SFTP session – maybe your SFTP connections opens by default a different catalog and the final remote path should be different. If permissions are 755 then it should be a reason – most probably wrong location/path is a reason
