Hi

I built a site using Publii version 0.32.4. Is updating from version 0.32.4 to 0.36.1 recommended? Will it likely break my site or is it better to remain at 0.32.4?

The theme is Technews (v.1.0.6.0). Does this need updating?

Sure, you should do it; just remember to back up your site before upgrading. In case you encounter any issues you can always downgrade.
